Suzhou Tongrun Machinery Casting Co., Ltd. is a modern casting company that integrates casting processing and sales, as well as mold design and manufacturing. The company is located in the national-level Changshu Economic and Technological Development Zone in Jiangsu Province, close to the Sujiahang Expressway and Changshu Port, with a prime location.

The first phase of the project introduced the furan resin sand process, covering a construction area of 13,000 square meters, with single casting units up to 10 tons. Resin sand production capacity: 1,500 tons/month.

The second phase introduced the German HWS static pressure molding process, Denmark's DISA automatic sand mixing system, and the American YINDA medium-frequency furnace. Sand box size: 1000*800*(320+320)(H) mm, with an automatic line capacity of 4,500 tons/month.

The company has strong technical capabilities and complete testing methods, owning equipment like a direct-reading spectrometer, flaw detector, ultrasonic tester, tensile testing machine, carbon-sulfur analyzer, a set of low-temperature impact test equipment, American Hexagon coordinate measuring machine, and has also imported the world's most advanced MAGMA simulation software from Germany.
